Agile connects with an Australian partner

Voice, video and contact centre technologies specialist Agile has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with convergence and contact centre integrator GlobalConnect Australia, an arrangement the two organisations say will mean a commitment to providing uninterrupted service and support for customers on both sides of the Tasman...

They say the MOU will allow the two companies to achieve better business efficiency in their service to customers, allowing greater cost competitiveness for the organisations across the Tasman.

Both organisations see the MOU as an extension to their talent-pool of Avaya specialists. Together they have access to more than 350 technicians certified by Avaya.

As Avaya Gold BusinessPartners in their respective geographies, GlobalConnect Australia and Agile say they have created strong capabilities in servicing medium to large enterprises, implementing technology from best of breed vendors, such as Avaya’s IP telephony, unified communications and contact centre solutions.

“Agile has always been dedicated to providing superior service to our customers, and the close relationships we share with our customers in the New Zealand market enables us to anticipate their requirements,” said Agile managing director Tony Jayne.

“This agreement with GlobalConnect Australia is an extension to the depth of service we currently offer, and demonstrates our proactive approach to anticipating the needs of our customers.”
