TEIQ is a provider of SugarCRM services in New Zealand, Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

TEIQ provides professional implementation, customisation, integration, training and support services, and offers both hosted and managed on-premise solutions.

History

TEIQ was founded in 1999, originally under the name ‘Internet Related Information Services Limited’ or IRIS for short.

Originally focussed on being just a web design company, TEIQ recognised the lack of integration between graphic design and applications, and also saw the lack of specialist e-commerce infrastructure consultancy. So the company grew into application development and web infrastructure.

In 2005, TEIQ saw the synergies presented with incorporating SugarCRM into their product offering, as they had great experience in most of the underlying technologies that SugarCRM was developed on. Since then, SugarCRM has become a core offering of TEIQ, and has expanded into Exchange integration via Riva CRM Integration Server, and business intelligence with JasperSoft.

Riva CRM Integration Server

Riva delivers advanced, “server-to-server” CRM integration for all Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise mail clients, including: Outlook 2010, Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Outlook on Terminal Services, Microsoft BPOS, Office 2011 for Mac, Microsoft Entourage 2008 and 2004, and the native Mac OS X apps (Mail, iCal, Address Book). With Riva, there are no CRM plug-ins to install, configure and manage. Use Riva to sync your CRM to the “native” address book, calendar and mail apps on the iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, Windows Phone, Palm and other ActiveSync mobile devices. Riva can be running on-premise or in the cloud.

JasperSoft JasperReports

Jaspersoft for SugarCRM provides user based pricing for smaller work groups through unlimited user pricing for larger groups. Additionally, there are pricing options for use just with SugarCRM data, and for combined data sets for those customers who need to combine SugarCRM and other enterpise application data.
