The company says the rapid adoption of the solution in New Zealand has made Microsoft head office in Redmond sit up and take notice. A senior executive, Kevin Nazemi, worldwide product manager for CRM, visited New Zealand in February to learn more about the product’s success in the local market and talk to some of the 250 New Zealand companies using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Another senior executive, Brad Wilson, general manager of CRM for Microsoft, is planning a similar visit later in the year. “The success of this rapid and growing uptake of Microsoft Dynamics CRM could be attributed to kiwis having high standards and the willingness to use technology to compete to a world class standard,” says Ben Green, marketing manager, Microsoft Dynamics in New Zealand. “CRM is more about a business’s attitude towards how it serves its customers than a technology itself,” he says. “When done well, CRM governs an organisation’s philosophy at all levels, including policies and processes, front of house customer service, employee training, marketing, systems and information management. CRM systems are integrated end-to-end across marketing, sales and customer service.” 7/06/07_ex_nl_h |
