Kiwi manufacturers lead CRM, e-commerce and ERP uptake

New Zealand and Australian firms are leading the rest of the world in uptake of applications that go beyond traditional ERP. SSA Global Technologies reveals the key investment projects being deployed over the next 12 month period...

A global survey by SSA Global Technologies of senior technology managers, including 47 from Australasia, found that local companies have application deployment or expansion as key investment projects for the ensuing 12 months, with CRM and e-Commerce applications being the strongest areas of uptake.
